Q - My dog is having surgery and my Veterinarian told me I should get them one of your beds for recovery. The surgery is this week. How do we do this?
A - This happens several times a week for us. We can ship FedEx air. If you call us before 10:00AM Pacific time, we can usually get you a bed shipped air the same day.

Q - What's your normal lead time?
A - With thousands of style, size, and color combinations (over 9,000 possibilities) we make many of these products to order. Production time varies from 2 or 3 days to 2 or 3 weeks in peak season. We work hard to try to keep lead time not over one week. We always have 100 to 250 beds in stock. Please check this link Shipping Info for current shipping information. If you need a product quickly, please call. Maybe it's one of the items in stock. If not, we do accept rush orders.

Q - Are the sizes on the web page inside or outside measurements.
A - Sizes stated are overall (outside) dimensions. Although your dog will love to lean into the back (for sofa beds) and bolster (for bolster beds) and lay their heads on the arms (for sofa beds) and bolsters these are part of the overall dimensions. Allowances should be made to give your dog "extra" room. It's always better to have a bed a little to big than a little to small.
